Instruct your kid to answer a phone politely and with right manner. Afford your kid a few basic data to ease their journey into maturity; tell them how to speak with other people formally as well as informally, it can’t hurt them to recognize these matters and one daytime they may value their own skill to be well-situated at any social level.
