Putting the green in spring cleaning
Even though it isn’t all that close to spring cleaning time, I’m thinking that I might just do my spring cleaning early this year. I don’t know. It just seems like our house has been so much messier this winter and I’m ready to go through and do some serious cleaning and rearranging for all of my stuff. I’d like to make sure that I use green materials this year too when I do cleaning though. I think it’s really important to make sure that I’m not using anything in the lease bit harmful in my household for my family, so I’m doing lots of research on that.
I went online to do some research about green cleaning materials and while I was doing that I came across some information about electricity companies. Even though that wasn’t what I was after, I gave it a look through and after that I decided to switch over our energy service to another company. It doesn’t hurt to just be energy efficient, but paying a little less is also fantastic.
I found lots of resources on green cleaning, including things that you can just use that are already around the house, including old t-shirts as cleaning rags.
